Are the prices on this page fixed, or can they change?
The prices shown are indicative starting points. Your actual quote will be a fixed monthly price based on your specific requirements — CPU, RAM, storage, bandwidth and support level. Once quoted, your price doesn't change unless your requirements change.
What's included in the monthly fee?
Everything needed to properly run your environment — hosting infrastructure, 24x7x365 monitoring, automated backups, security management, OS patching and direct Australian support. There are no separate charges for support calls or routine changes.
Is there a setup or migration fee?
For straightforward migrations, there is no separate migration fee. For complex environments requiring significant pre-work, we'll include any one-off setup costs clearly in your quote. There are no surprises after you sign on.
Can my price go up after I sign on?
No — your monthly fee is fixed at the quoted amount. It doesn't change based on traffic, usage spikes or currency movements. If you want to add capacity or services, we'll quote the addition separately before making any changes.
Are there lock-in contracts or exit fees?
No lock-in contracts and no exit fees. We provide full infrastructure documentation as part of every deployment so you're never dependent on us to leave. Our goal is to keep customers because the service is good — not because leaving is difficult.
Why don't you publish exact prices for every service?
Because every environment is genuinely different. An application requiring 2 vCPUs and 8GB RAM has very different infrastructure requirements to one needing 16 vCPUs and 128GB RAM. Publishing a single fixed price would either overcharge smaller customers or undercharge larger ones. Your quote will be specific to your environment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. Invoices are issued monthly in Australian dollars. For larger accounts, direct debit and bank transfer are also available.
