This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all Cloud365 services. By using Cloud365 services, you agree to comply with this policy.

Permitted use

Cloud365 services may be used for lawful business purposes by registered Australian businesses and authorised international organisations. Services must be used in accordance with all applicable laws.

Prohibited activities

The following are not permitted on Cloud365 infrastructure:

  • Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or operating a spam relay
  • Hosting content that is illegal under Australian law
  • Conducting network attacks, port scanning, or denial-of-service attacks
  • Mining cryptocurrency without prior written approval
  • Storing or distributing malware, viruses or harmful code
  • Attempting to access systems or data without authorisation
  • Reselling Cloud365 services without a written reseller agreement

Resource usage

Services must not be used in a way that unreasonably impacts other customers or Cloud365 infrastructure. Excessive resource consumption that affects shared systems may result in service restrictions.
