Our IDS platform watches and notifies HelpDesk Technical staff in real time on preset events and scenarios including:

  • Operating System changes and updates
  • Application Installation, Removal and Permission changes
  • Service Start, Stop and type changes

We Notify and Act

If we detect an issue or receive an alert, our team notify you and immediately commence investigation and remediation activities if required.

We continue to assist round-the-clock until issues are resolved, following up with incident reports where applicable.
