Cloud365 Australia Pty Limited (ABN available on request) ("Cloud365", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

Information we collect

We collect personal information necessary to provide our services, including: contact details (name, company, phone number), billing and payment information, technical information about your systems and infrastructure (provided to us in the course of service delivery), and communications between you and our team.

How we use your information

We use personal information to deliver and manage the services you have engaged us for, to respond to enquiries, to issue invoices and process payments, and to communicate about your services, planned maintenance or service changes.

Disclosure

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information with sub-contractors or facility operators only where necessary to deliver your services, and only under confidentiality agreements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law.

Data storage

Customer data is stored on Cloud365-owned infrastructure in Australian data centres by default. Data is not transferred overseas without your explicit instruction, except where your services are deployed in international locations at your request.

Security

All Cloud365 staff are police cleared and operate under signed confidentiality agreements. Access to customer data is restricted to authorised personnel only. We maintain ISO 27001-certified facilities and SOC-audited infrastructure.
