Customer Data Policy

Last updated: March 2026

This policy describes how Cloud365 Australia Pty Limited handles customer data stored on or processed by Cloud365 infrastructure.

Ownership

All data stored on Cloud365 infrastructure by a customer remains the property of that customer. Cloud365 claims no rights over customer data.

Access

Cloud365 staff access customer data only when required to deliver services, perform maintenance, troubleshoot issues, or respond to a support request. All staff are police cleared and operate under signed confidentiality agreements. Access is restricted on a least-privilege basis.

Storage location

By default, customer data is stored on Cloud365-owned infrastructure in Australian data centres. Data is not copied, moved or replicated to overseas locations without your explicit instruction. Where your services are deployed internationally at your request, the relevant data centre locations are documented in your service agreement.

Backup and retention

Cloud365 performs regular automated backups of customer data as part of all managed service agreements. Backup retention periods are defined in your service agreement. Backups are stored within Cloud365 infrastructure and are accessible to customers on request.

Regulator access

For customers in regulated industries (including wagering, financial services and government), Cloud365 can configure dedicated access paths for regulators to access reporting systems and client data as required by licensing conditions.

Data deletion

Upon termination of services, Cloud365 will provide a final backup to the customer and then securely delete all customer data from Cloud365 systems within a timeframe agreed at service commencement.
