Cloud365 operates hand-picked, enterprise-grade data centre facilities across three continents — each inspected and selected by our team for power redundancy, network connectivity, security standards and physical access. Your data sits in infrastructure that meets the highest international standards.
Each facility is selected for its network connectivity, power infrastructure, physical security and certification standards — then inspected by the Cloud365 team before deployment.
Equinix SY4 International Business Exchange data centre — part of the Equinix Sydney Campus. High availability facility serving as Cloud365's primary eastern Australia location. Foundation 50 Service Provider status.
Cloud365's flagship Australian facility — a foundation client at Equinix ME1, purpose-built from the ground up. Constructed to ASIO T4 Security Standard. Cloud365 HQ is located just minutes away in Southbank.
Cloud365 has operated infrastructure in Darwin since 2007 — the longest-running location in the portfolio. SDC is the Northern Territory's leading purpose-built data centre, serving local, national and international clients.
Cloud365 launched Asia-based services from Singapore in 2012. BDx SIN1 is a leading Tier III certified facility serving OTT, finance, telecommunications and government customers. The gateway to Asia for Cloud365 broadcast, streaming and application services.
Located in Japan's telecommunications infrastructure hub with unrivalled access to leading regional and international carriers. 7-story reinforced concrete facility on the Equinix Tokyo Campus, providing direct fibre connectivity across Japan.
Centrally located for US-wide service delivery, with multiple complete redundant systems for power and cooling. All major US carriers meet at this purpose-built service provider campus. Supports GLBA, HIPAA, ITAR and EU-US Privacy Shield requirements.
Connected to Europe's leading ISP fibre network, Frankfurt DC1 delivers world-class infrastructure for European application and streaming services. A 5-floor facility meeting the full suite of ISO, SOC and ISAE certifications required for European operations.
Before any Cloud365 infrastructure is deployed at a location, the facility undergoes direct inspection by our team. These are not the minimums — they are the non-negotiables.
All Cloud365 staff must pass police checks and hold confidentiality agreements before being granted access to any production computing environment. No contractors, no third parties, no exceptions.
Every facility must provide N+1 minimum power redundancy — UPS battery backup, diesel generators with onsite fuel, and diverse transformer-fed circuits. No single point of power failure is acceptable.
Hot and cold aisle airflow management, N+1 minimum cooling redundancy, and environmental monitoring maintaining stable temperature and humidity — preventing hardware degradation from thermal events.
VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus) plus a gas suppression system — FM200, Novec 1230 or Inergen — protects computing infrastructure from fire without the water damage of traditional sprinkler systems.
All Cloud365 facilities hold ISO 27001 information security certification. Primary facilities additionally hold SOC 1 Type II and SOC 2 Type II audit reports — independently verified security controls documentation.
Each facility connects to multiple independent upstream carriers via diverse fibre paths. A single carrier outage does not affect service continuity. Critical for broadcast and always-on business application customers.
"Every Cloud365 data centre facility is hand-picked and personally inspected before our infrastructure goes in. We look at the power infrastructure, the cooling design, the security systems, the network carriers, and the facility management team. A data centre isn't just a building — it's the foundation everything else sits on. Getting it right isn't optional."
For most Australian businesses, Sydney DC3 or Melbourne DC6 is the right answer — Australian data residency, low latency, and our team nearby. But if you have international requirements, our Asia, US and European facilities are ready. Let us help you decide.
